Position: Operations Manager

Tracy's voice is likely to be the friendly voice you hear when you call Greentree. She keeps the operations functions at Greentree humming and ensures we deliver on our service promise to our clients, whether that is during an application for a policy, while a policy is in force or at claim time.  

Having spent the past 6 years in our business as an adviser, her insight from ‘both sides’ of the process makes her keenly aware of the whole range of service needs our clients have.
